M24 Sunshine is a global investment company focused on sustainable development and renewable energy projects.  

We’re looking for a driven and strategic BDM to expand our partner network. In this role, you’ll be responsible for attracting local partners (LOPs) and co-investors, developing marketing strategies, and contributing to our investment policy. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Sourcing and engaging LOPs and co-investors for new projects 

• Developing and strengthening relationships with existing clients  

• Building strategic partnerships with C-level desicion makers 

• Developing and executing online and offline marketing strategies to promote the company 

• Passing selected projects and contacts to the investment and commercial division  

• Representing the company at industry events and building a strong reputation as a reliable investment partner.

What We’re Looking For: 

• At least 5 years of proven experience in investment, development, energy, or corporate finance  

• Strong skills in partner and investor relations and negotiations 

• Knowledge of project financing principles (IRR, NPV, JV, LP/GP) 

• Understanding of risk assessment, deal structuring, and financial modeling 

• Proficiency in digital marketing, B2B promotion, and investment material development  

• Experience working with industry associations, funds, and venture investors  

• English and Russian proficiency at C1 level (fluency in other European languages is a plus) 

• Residence in Europe
